Beacon Hill, June 2017

Beacon Hill is one of the neighbourhoods that was hard hit by the Fort McMurray wildfire in May 2016.

These were done with a sub-250 gram drone that I can legally fly a bit closer to the airport. Don't worry, I did short (4-5 minute) flights, at a reasonably low altitude, and still stayed away from vehicles, etc. I also kept looking for helicopters, as they tend to fly pretty low around here.
